Is B&M a true short throw shifter?

Does it shorten the gate as well as the fore/aft throw? Also are there bushings or anything to go along with an sts for the 240 tranny to make it super smooth?

LOL, as far as I know, B&M were the pioneers of short shifters... if you go with anyone, go with B&M.

Of all the modifications Ive made, the B&M shifter is definitly one of my favorites. Even for the price, you wont be disappointed.

Sorry, I haven't been checking this thread lately. Thanks for the responses. so it does in fact shorten the side to side movement as well as the front to back? Just reiterating as I have no worries about the build quality.
