Can anyone explain why the ACT clutch for 89-90 is same as 95+ but not 91-94

Can anyone explain why the ACT clutch for 89-90 is same as 95+ but not 91-94

yea. that's pretty much what the wanna ask. since 91+ is already using DE what is it different? does that mean 89-90 is having the same tranny as 95+? I have a 90. so if I wanna swap a DE into my car which clutch should I get?
