PLEASE HELP

Hey guys,
I just recently purchased a 240SX with a 5-speed tranny. The clutch is good on it but it catches to high, if you catch my drift. How do you adjust it so it catches closer to the bottom and not all the way at the top. Thanks in advance
-Chris
