Clutch,Flywheel Questions

Alright,

I'm looking at buying parts for the project but I'm not sure. Can you go safe and buiy a 400rwhp clutch and flywheel and have less than 400? Besides the price difference can you turely "over buy" it?

yeah, all that means is that it can stand up against no more than 400hp.

400rwhp clutch won't be streetable thouhg (if you plan on drivig on it while you collect the rest of your parts, whatever). Well, it'll be streetable if you have to, but you'll just waste it
