Clutch goes to floor and leaks fluid inside car

my clutch petal goes to the floor and leaks fluid inside the car, what is the cause of this? I was thinking it was either the slave or master cylinder but im not sure can someone please help me out with this -Joseph

Could be a damaged master cylinder and/or clutch pedal assembly.

sounds like the seal where the pedal goes into the master cylinder is damaged.

so if i change the master/slave cylinder it "SHOULD" fix the problem right? does anyone have a walkthrough/ how to, i tried searching but came up w/ nothingthankz a ton -Joseph

Or just look at it and see the bolts and the shaft with the pin in it.

Or take it to a professional.
