ok i did auto to 5spd swap.. and when i was done i drove it around... i have a really weak peddle (ill accidently slam it on the floor sometimes it so effortless), but no grinding or anyhting going in gear..(and the slave cylinder extends and clutch disengages) so i wasnt woried about the effortless peddle..second problem was the clutch didnt engage untill i basically let completely off the peddle..im tried adjusting it to a hole bunch of different highest and etc, and nothing changed..

today i pulled the tranny off to looks at everything...
the release fork is cliped onto the pivot bushing, the throw out bearing is cliped on..the pressure plate was flush and torque down... everythign seems right..(do u think its the clutch.,..foudn out its a cheap ebay clutch...but ill post some pics so u can look at the wear of the clutch and pressure plate (only put 20miles on them so far).... i also have a used clutch that came with my swap..unknown brand and miles.. u think i should try to throw that in and see if its engages betteR>?

also with the new clutch when i try to go it jerks kinda bad while im taking my foot off the clutch to go from a dead stop...
