Clutch question

I have changed my clutch disk (4 spoke ceramic, ~200$) last year and put up around 4 000 km on it. I will be installing a fidanza flywheel soon and since I didnt do it last year, I will change the pressure plate this time. My question is should I buy another clutch disk and have a fully new clutch kit or can I stick with my disk clutch that I have. I have been advised to change everything and put all new parts even if it was not that used. What do you think ?
