clutch squeaking/ new clutch

I have a 96 240sx and the clutch makes a squekaing noise when i push it in. Sounds like the spring is about to snap or somethin. i was wonderin if anyone else had a similar problem. It seems to bve working fine, just really annoying....Also, im looking into a new clutch this spring bcuz my car has 100,000k on it. any suggestions for a nice street clutch?

I dunno if he's talking about the pedal itself or it actually makes a noise from the clutch itself. I know if I start out cold and just take off, it will make like a wining noise when I let the clutch out after shifting.
