Cruising RPM's

Just wanted to find out how all the 240's are on the highway in terms of cruising RPMS. Not sure if the sohc and dohc ka's had the same gear ratios.
Conditions. last gear, 65 mph, flat road surface.

I'll start off with my 93 s13 automatic

kaDOHC 2.4 AUTOMATIC 65 = 2500 RPM
kaDOHC 2.4 MANUAL 65 =
kaSOHC 2.4 AUTOMATIC 65 =
kaSOHC 2.4 MANUAL 65 =
SR SWAP 2.0 MANUAL 65 =

the point of this post

nothing pisses me off more than a car with short gearing. For racing purpose it's needed, but when a car such as a protege does 65 at around 3400 rpm (from what i heard) it gives the cars owners a false sense of zoom zoom. short gearing to make up for an underpowered engine.

kaSOHC 2.4 MANUAL 65 = 2850rpm

Keep in mind that your tire profile (overall diam.) will affect the speedo a bit, and hence your rpm too. I got that reading from 205/55/16s, so you're looking at around 2800-2850rpm.
