At what RPM is it healthy to shift at 1/4 track?

I Just got A 98' 240SX SE (Stock) and Im going to the Track this weekend. I was wondering at what RPM is it healthy to shift at 1/4 track with out damaging the stock engine?

I want to see what I run before i start modding her.

7500 Man everyone is gonna tell you something different. You just gotta figure it out for yourself, its your car....Try it, feel it, live it, breath it. When you get to know ur car better, you will find the shift points, the power zones. It might take you a little while to get used to your car. You will notice after getting more and more used to it your track times will get better.

I have a 98 also, welcome . Also remember, when you start throwing money into your car, ur power band is gonna change around a bit. So you will always be learning new stuffon your car, and how to drive it.
