Howling clutch

Just replaced the clutch in my car (ebay exedy stock replasment) I got it back together on sunday and every thing was good untill this morning, started it up and almost as soon as it fired up the clutch started to howl, kind of like the clutch wasn't fully disengaged. When I let off the clutch pedal (car in neutral) It stops untill I push in the pedal again and it will keep howling every time I push the pedal in untill it warms up. Other than the howl the clutch engages, disengages and works perfectly.

You guys have have any Idea of what will cause this?

Both throwout bearing and pilot bushing were replaced at the same time.

Isn't that a symptom of no lubrication on the pilot bushing?

I think the throwout bearing I got was a dud, because I just finished replacing it with a new one this after noon and the whine stoped.(damn well better stay stopped to) Also just for ****s and giggles I put in another pilot bushing since they're dirt cheap.
