R33 LSD into 95-240. (HELP!!)

I recently picked up a R33 LSD that included a Set of R33 Axles. The driver side axles fits perfectly but the passager side has a small gap like at least 5mm big. I was advised that I need to Stretch the axles. In anycase i was wondering if some of you guys ever ran into this problem?? Any info would be appreciated, Thanks!

Thanks for the edit, but it's not 5mm. It's more like an inch.

I've got a R33 rear end with axles/calipers sitting in my storage room...and I was thinking about swapping it in at some point.

Has everyone had this axle problem? I can understand 5mm but an inch...damn.
