Question Throwout bearings

When i'm shifting from 2 -> 3, when i press the clutch it makes a loose turning noise and same for when i depress the clutch.... one of my friends said that it may be the throw out bearings but he wasnt sure. is this something that i need to sweat or not really worry about until i do my engine swap and put in the new tranny??

It could also be the hub that it runs on, it may need greased up a bit.

If it is your throw out bearing, I'd get that fixed right away. bad throw out bear could cause clutch and pressure plate failure. My TO bearing was going. I told me friend, a Nissan Master tech, what was going on and thats what he told me. Get ti changed soon.
