welded rear end ..

i just want to know pros and cons..i'm sure plenty more cons.. but whats invovled.. how long will it last.. please dont tell me anything about discomforts or that its rough on tires.. i'm rough on tires.. my car just cant hang. lol.. naw but i'm desparate for 2 wheels spinning.. i'm still tryin to get a vlsd rear end or sumthin.. but cant afford it now.. thanks for anything that helps

Are you going to be drifting or doing some real hardcore action? If so...dont even think of getting a welded rear end because it will Fck up in a couple of runs.

going around corners on the street would suck

having both tires turning at same speed as they bounce and chirp around the turn

i know someone on the carolinanissans.com board that has this done. he says that while it's pretty awesome for drifting, something as simple as navigating a parking lot is a bit of a hassle.

rain ohhhhh.. man i didnt even think about that..my car is already wobbly as i dont know in the rain.. like i do stupid slow in the rain.. i dont know why.. i might just save up all summer for a kaaz2way... but man it sure would be nice to have two wheels spinning for alot cheaper.. i'm scared to spend for a vlsd b/c last one i rode in had a prollem lockin up..

I thought I'd mention weather because when I was a kid I always wondered why my dad wouldn't drive his 68 Mustang if it was raining outside... years later I learned that it was because he had a posi on it

man i dont want to fork out 250 for an vlsd and it not lock up.. and i cant wait all summer for a kaaz i'mma cry.. and go drift to the left .. since it dont work to the right.. haha

saving up may be hell, but in the end look at what you get? TWO EVEN TIRE MARKS ON EVERY ROAD

well as of right now the only marks i've left is two big gashes in a curb just down the street.. i hit my first curb.... smacked it good at about 40 .. almost saved it but just not enough.. good thing my new tein tierods are tough.. adjustable tension rods are ok too.. scratched up rims though.. uhhhh stockers thats why i rock dem.. MY FIRST DRIFTREK. YESSSSS!!!

blah b/c when i go out and play i know there is a possibility.. thats what happens when you get wild.. but it had never happened .. it's like your first boxing match.. your gonna get hit.. you wonder what it's like will it hurt.. but when it happens your like thats not so bad..thats how it was for me.. since then i spun out one time and i got mad.. but the first time it's ok.. just gotta get passed it ... but thats why my car is a beater ..i can do that.. anyways .. on the subject. i'mma try and save up for my lsd ..**** sucksss.. oh and i got drunnnkkkkkk last night ..

welded diffs suck turning any kind of corner you will understeer, understeer, then spin. save up some dough buy a LSD.

it's still functional thought.. it locks but still doesnt lock 100%.. .. but. i dont know .. anyone wanna give me an lsd?..
