what fits?

hey can i get some help here ..... if i have a sr20det is there any americain nissans tranny that will fit .... like maybe the 300z .....if so what kind of modifaction i need and is it worth the hassel

yes you can use the 300zx tranny. i think that there is a kit you can buy to fit it up to the sr. i know that they make on for the ka

Can we ban these newbies/\ from the forums?

Back to subject, you can litterally retro fit any tranny onto an SR if you do an adapter plate. A little warning though, you may need to get a custom clutch which is uber $ to fit the application. My recommendation, if your SR tranny has keeled over, is to buy another SR tranny. Save the hassel of doing all the unneccessary crap.
