While leaving work yesterday night, me and a subaru decided to spin some donuts then race a srt4. after racing the neon my car would not build boost, and would just die. then when i start it up again it idles between 500rpm and 1k rpm. I checked the vacuum lines and they are all attatched. It also looks like my power steering pump exploded since their is p-steering fluid everywhere. Would a blown steering pump cause this problem or possibly the turbo?

 

doesnt sound like a turbo at all to me, ps pump seems like a better bet, although it does sound like a vaccuum leak. there are lots of other places that you could have a leak from than only your lines...but having that fluid everywhere definately doesnt sound right.
