I started about month ago and now i am this far and the &*$#ing thing wont run rightiit wants to run but is starving for something and its getting gas... well..i am out of ideas ANY help...??? PLEASE!!!

yeah, we need more info, pehaps a video, just alot more then its not running right, wow, it says you have zero post too.....thats weird

well.. i am not sure how to describe it but.. i guess its starving for something.. its not fule cus I replaced the lines and drained the fule tank and put new in so its getting good fule. i thought it was the maf sensor but i unpluged it when it was running and it dies so its not that..umm i wish i could decribe it better but i cant.. Oh and sometimes it wont want to start at all.. like one day ill try to start it and it wont start... Than the next day it will start right up...I think its wiring.. but i ahve not clue.

 

Oh! does any1 know where the two sensors go that are by the ignitior go to?? they have 2 vac lines on one and 1 on the other.

 

So its running rough? Won't hold idle or does it and just runs ****ty? You have to be able to give a better description, also list what is done to the car, motor wise, fuel wise, and so forth that could contribute to the problem. Also let us know what you tried so far, like checking injectors, fuel pump, vacuum lines, or whatever.

 

i havent done anything to the motor i just swaped it in .. the only thing is a front mount intercooler and BOV.. um i checked the injectors, fule pump, i have connected all the vacuum lines except the 3 bye the ignitor chip.. and the only way it holds an idle is if i turn the idle speed up. i put new sparkplugs in too.. but i dont think that would be the problem ..I even gapped them.

 

if its running like crap at idle, check all you vacums, thats the if those arnt right then that will mess with ur idle big time, my KA wouldnt idle at all with the big vacum that goes on the intake tube, unless i reved it up.

 

I am not sure if i haev all the vacum lines connected..Well i know i dont have 3 they are the ones by the ignitor. but i have no clue where they go. can someone send me pics of their motor, and some pics of the vacums and where they go please?

Has any1 here done an sr20 swap if so where did you get your motor?
