easy hp?

Is there any free mods out there that will bring up the boost safely without a boost controller? Or something to give you extra hp? So far i have a sr20det with intake bov fmic and turbo back exhaust. Any special tricks to raise boost?

If you haven't upgraded your fuel pump then I would not go raising the boost just yet. Get a Walbro for $100 from heavy throttle. Once you have that then you can purchase an adjustable wastegate actuator from HKS for about $100. It's the cheapest way I know to raise the boost without unplugging the signal to the wastegate <---- Please don't do this unless you want to blow your motor.

Ok so if i want to get a EBC i would need a fuel pump and regulator right? Or i could just get by with a fuel pump? How much psi will the stock internals and turbo take safely?

Your stock regulator should be fine. The fuel pump would be a must because the stock one just can't handle the demand when increasing the boost. The stock turbo and injectors give out at about 14psi. Internals can take much more than the stock turbo can put out.

So do i just buy a fuel pump and then a ebc and call it a day? Do i have to tune it to 14psi? Would i need bigger injectors? Im thinking of getting the walbro 255 and then a ebc. I have a boost gauge and a/f gauge. Anything else i really need or i should be fine?

Get the pump and boost controller and you wil be fine. 14psi is max for the stock/injectors. No need to tune for 14psi. If you do decide to get ann ECU upgrade for your current mods then you will notice an even larger in increase in HP but it is not necessary. No need for bigger injectors until you upgrade your turbo. I though you wanted cheap hp? An EBC is much more expensive than an adjustable actuator from HKS, just not as convenient when switching back and forth between boost settings. But if you are planning on setting it and leaving it there for a while then it should be adequate.

How hard is it to use the accutator? Is it hard to install?

This might seem ghetto but its what JWT does for 300zx tt's. They call it a boost jet, but a .035 welding tip fits in the actuator line to trick the wastegate into opening later. Its a $2.00 mod but I suggest starting with a .040 and going smaller from there. Im getting 9psi out of my .035 tip w/ stock IC. Dont do anything until you get a 255lph fuel pump and maybe a 300zx fuel filter. Run no more than 11 psi on stock side mount intercooler.
