fastest det 1/4 on street tires

im kind of a n00b on these forums so give me some slack....

can someone post some of their times that they have on slicks and street tires. my friend says 240's cant hit 12's with street tires because they have too much wheelspin unless they are running slicks. i think it can be done on street tires with around 410 hp. can someone help me out here?

Yes...very nice. Nice e/t with those street tires too, race gassed it of course.

wow, you know what i love? that he spent less than 10k on engine and drivetrain mods yet it looks great and runs 11's. put a set of slicks and hes in for low 11's easy
