Has anybody tried swapping a altima KA24DE into a 240sx?

Has anybody tried swapping a altima KA24DE into a 240sx?
does it work? are both engine the same? ECU. of course I know the intake and exhaust is different. but I wonder if it do-able. cuz it easier to fine newer KA24DE from alitima.

the ecu the same as an altima? i doubt it. i'd snag the one out of the truck. the truck & 240 power/drive train are almost exactly the same. except the oil fill cap is in the back on the truck... i'm unsure of other differences, i'll ask someone that might know tomorrow.
and why on earth do you want an altima KA???
