He won't sell it for $1.00. The guy bought it at a govt auction. Have you ever been to one of those. I know a guy that bought a 45 ft boat for $50.00. It was twin engine with props bigger than your tires. When I opened the engine comprtments I nearly wet myself. One engine was bigger than a rolltop desk.
