475 to 500HP at the wheels, I suggest ECU, 750CC injectors, Power FC/AEM/Haltech/SDS, whatever your wallet can afford, GOOD Timing belt, you MAY want to look into pistons for safety also. That number is pushing the limits of reliability for a daily driver if you are pushing it all the time. I bet you get 300HP in an S14 and realize how much power it REALLY is and decide youa re good. These cars are REALLY light and that much juice is really effective in them. Walbro fuel pump, Nismo regulator and a nice gauge, big fat turbo, nice exhaust mani(NOT THE SSAUTOCHROME PIECE OF CRAP!), the intake manifold might need some work/replacement, throttle body, axles, LSD, ummm

I will post more later when I get a chance.

I require the following when I install a motor to avoid any problems:

Timing belt
Water pump
Thermostat
Drive belts
Filters (oil, fuel, air)
Fuel pump
Regulator
Inline gauge
Spark plugs
Clutch
Fluids

I also do some servicing to the motor th remove any possibility of oil sludge from the engine and any corrosion/blockages from the coolant lines/system.

I had my personal RB25 with one of the coolant lines to the turbo totally blocked off....had to drill it out!

"Stage 3" is subjective term that varies between companies. You WILL need a clutch that can handle at least 500 ft/lbs of torqie, whether the manufacturer of your clutch calls that stage 3 or not is up for grabs, but you will need to upgrade the clutch.

Flywheel is not necessary.
