im selling my z32tt right now and i was going to buy a s14 and drop in the sr. just wondering how much should i expect to pay for everything to be done if i take it to a shop. also, is it true you should get a aftermarket clutch when swaping in the sr? just wondering a normal price range for the complete swap + the clutch at a shop. thanks for helpin a 240 newbie!

Most of my friends have tipped the scales at 6k.

I have heard stories of it being done for less but I would like to see it.

I find that most people say the often heard "3k plus odds and ends."

Odds and ends add up quickly.

I am going to prepair for 10k.

 

I am also doing the RB25 swap (in my s13) and you might want to check out Night's web site. He sales them at a pretty good price.My friend works for this shop and has a whole sale account with MotoRex and might be able to get the front clip for a really cheap price. If not then I am most likely going to get if from Night.

You would most likely just have to buy a Radiator for cooling, check out "HOWE" ( they are cheap because they are made for the domestics and they are really good radiators) they make one that will fit in the S13 and maybe for the S14. Intercooler, Intercooler piping, clutch, exhaust (if you don't have one), and down pipe. That will be around $1750 and w/o the cat-back it will be around $1300 + the front clip........
