Here it is, but I will forewarn you, this is not a cheap swap. Even though the mounting kit is available, you need to have someone who knows how to rig the wire harness for both your 240 and the VQ motor and fine tune the AEM ECM. Shops have yet to do a swap like this, so the cost is going to be up there. Along with the cost of the motor and tranny itself. As a heads up, you wont be able to run the VQ ECU.
This swap will run you into the 10K range easily just like any other big swap, it requires someone who knows how to work on the AEM ECM and the VQ motor. If your looking for cheaper, stick with SR. 5K will get you nice and ready. But since you asked heres the website:

VQ ECU is different bolt pattern and size from the KA. Not to mention the but load of work to make a custom fit for it. Plus with the AEM ECM, you can tune the car way better, more potential. Or even run an Apexi Power FC w/ FC Commander if you want. But this guy makes the wire harness match up with the AEM ECM.
Personally, I would do a GM LSx swap. Higher potential and fully CA legal. But VQ would be a nice one, I know of only 4 240's in the US so far with this swap. but again, this is not an average swap, so be prepared to pay out the ying yang to get it done right the first time. So far, that VQ swap guy is the only person I know of who makes a production line swap kit. I like how the engine sits right along side the shock towers where the weight should be.
But to really answer your question, why limit yourself to just a stock ECU when the AEM or Apexi Power FC gives you a lot more for just a few hundred dollars more?

You would be using parts of the VQ harness, but not all of it. Just like the SR, RB and LS1 swaps, you frankenstein them with the KA harness.
I think the guy I mentioned sells that harness as well, not sure if he requires a core charge or whatever.
Hey Yarou, do you think and LS1 would fit in an S2000?
