Nissan Pickup SR20DET?

Has anyone heard of this swap being done?

I like the idea of an absolute sleeper vehicle (both racing and insurance wise), and the idea of SR20DET power is quite interesting.

I have about 6000 CDN to play around with, and I would be very interested in seeing any complete examples of a pickup with an sr20det.

Thanks
Gaz

I have a hardbody that I shoved a 240 KA into and I am bolting the turbo on it soon (as soon as I get caught up on RB swaps and lightened flywheels) The swap isnt exactly the same because it depends what year truck you have, (the wiring does differ slightly) the truck ECU is under the passenger seat, and the dash wiring is a biotch to get to. also the driveshafts do not line up. for a 240 KA swap you need to modify mounts, drill out a KA starter, reuse the truck tranny and driveshaft. so if you do SR you need to get a custom driveshaft made. I modded the KA and I love it! the truck is awesome for drifting and it doesnt even have an LSD (just really bald tires). It is SO smooth with both tires spinning and throwing the thing sideways that I was thinking about using it instead of my S13 or S14 for drifting events.
If you dont mind a challenge I think you will like what you end up with, just be prepared for custom mounts, almost full custom wiring harness cause most years of the trucks have one harness, not 2 like a 240, and maybe a slight issue with firewall clearance.
As for sleeper appeal, you cant get much better, mine even has a tweaked fender, and rust spots that I sprayed with rust inhibitor spray all over it!
