question about lining up marks on timing chain.. sr..

in the FSM it says line up the silver chain link on dot on the camgears.

in the picture there are 2 silver links that both match up.

on MY chain there is only ONE silver link. Does the pic mean match the link up to ONE of the dots? or are there supposed to be 2?

alright.. i ran in to a problem. I didnt line up the links on the timing chain like i SHOULD have. ( i followed the howto on sr20.hybrids.jp)

I have already taken the auto tensioner off and CAS. I was planning on throwing everything back together and doing it over again, this time lining up the "silver" links.

one problem, i'm scared to put the CAS back on due to the fact that I might #$!@ up the timing.

How should i go about this? I ziptied the camgears to the chain so it wouldnt slip or anything (courtesy of sr20.hybrids.jp) , but people are telling me that is still wrong.

thanks in advance..
