Yeah, I've heard of it which is why I have been recommending it to many of my customers that think the RB20 is a POS engine....there is a lot you can do with it.

yeah, my original plan was to do a rb25 in a s13, dream was a rb26... but they would've been too much work for a group of guys that havent really completed a swap before. And too much money. Then i heard that the rb20 goes in a tad bit easier than a 25 and 26... plus the 20 is cheaper

I have a spare block and head lying in my garage. WHen I sell my RB240, this motor is off to the machine shop, so it can fit the 82mm pistons for the RB24. I have a friend who has a friend that goes to Japan quite often, and I'm going to have him try to source me crank and rods from a GTR. Only problem is I'll have to buy another clip from somewhere for the tranny and wiring harness

Not sure. When I do it, the car will be built then sold right away. I can't afford to drive it, or anything else. I have a large amount of tickets so no one will insure me. But I plan to do it when my car sells. Probably start around 3 weeks or so. Unless I decide to do something totally different. Then the spare motor is for sale.
