Where are you located again? I don't have experience with RB25's..but I could help you with the manual conversion(possibly) and somewhat with removing and installing the engine

why don't u just buy the tools instead of renting them....i got my cherrypicker for 100 bucks from kragen... and a racket set is need for just about everything... or if u really want to save money buy em and then return em....sears never ask questions...

heh...yea my spelling is horrible....the cherrypicker is really cheap thou...i think it was retailing for 150 when i was gonna buy it and me and the sales guy at kragen were talkin since he noticed i had a rb20 in my truck so he gave me a discounted price since autozone had the picker for 125 so he beat that price by 10 percent or something like that...

also the picker should come in really handy when theres fat passed out ppl in ure house and u needa move em...

this already sounds fun, and i have the pride in knowing i at least tried myself, plus anyone that helps get experience too

dont know if this will happen anytime soon, depends on how much i can save up, but ill still be on the forums and hopefully everyone else will too

I'm in Mission Viejo So. Cal. Be glad to help you out although I might have childcare issues sometimes. Just email me at jabello@uci.edu when the time comes.

I have a 93 with a rb25 series 1 that I installed so we can look at it for reference.

Sorry about the lay off. Look at the bright side, you got time now to swap unless if you're still needing money for the swap. Sorry.
