I payed $2300 for a front clip from phase2motortrend. Normal price from them is $2500, but I got a discount on acount of a few things, but either way I'd rather pay the extra cash even buying from Heavy Throttle. All the extra things you'll need on top of that $2200 will end up costing way more with a lot of hassle.

No you get a lot more with a clip. other than just the engine, trans, and ecu you'll need:
Wiring Harness
Ignitor Chip
Intercooler and Piping
Radiator (depending on you're setup) and Hoses
For a SOHC you'll also need:
PS parts
Tach

This is all assuming the engine comes with the alt., p/s pump, etc. attached...

I still dont see why people get a motor set..even if it comes with the ECU and wiring harness u still need lots of stuff. Only reason i can see buying one is for a replacement of ur old SR..

i though srswap come with all that...... i dunno
you could ask srswap if they could ship you all those parts
( here is what included Included With Complete Engine Package
Complete engine, transmission with shifter, uncut harness, ECU, ignitor chip, MAF, turbo, starter, alternator, PS pump. Please note: AC compressor, O2 sensor and MAF-to-turbo inlet rubber hose are usually provided, but not always available. These items are not guaranteed to be included with your engine package. )

hope this could help
i am getting engine from them cause they are in new york closer to me i could save some shipping cost

Just cause their shop is close to you doesn't mean shipping is cheap. Heavy Throttle/SRswap will charge you shipping from Florida, because that's where the dock the engines arrive in are. They may even charge shipping from Cali. depending on the shipment. I live like 45 min from their shop, but found it cheaper to order from Phase2 in Cali. So make sure you read into all the fine print on these shops and you'll save some cash.

Read on NICO they're having a little trouble with their internet provider, so use this address. http://store.yahoo.com/phase2motorsports/

There is no better place to get your clips, motor sets, or motors than from Underground-Motorsports.com
They do business direct with Japanese companies, and can get you all that you need cheaper than anyone else, so check into their sight.
