some after swap questions

Hey, have a couple quick questions. After doing either a sr20det or rb25det swap into a s13 or s14 240, what is the best way to increase the boost? what kind of fuel management does everyone use? Whats the best way to control the boost? Is the factory wastegate adjustable? Thanks.

the factory wastegate is not adjustable. HKS makes a semi-adjustable wastegate actuator. It requires you to remove the arm and unscrew or tighten the arm to change spring tension.
electronic boost controllers are better IMO because they do not bleed into the final boost. all available energy is used until the set boost level is reached and the wastegate is opened.
stock fuel management is good until you begin pushing high on the boost, but stand alone systems are best since you can alter the fuel map to best suit your needs.
