am tring to find out what the torque specs are on torqueing down the pressure plate to the flywheel of the s13. At the time of doing my swap, i ran into a slow time at work and was low on funds so i cheaped out and cross refenanced an OEM clutch. I was told that an 89 maxima clutch disk would work, so i got it at the time saving like 250 dollars. Well it worked. I drove the car for a week but then the pressure plate side of the clutch disk shattered, I think it happened after I dumped the clutch going itno 2nd gear. My next question is did i turque it wrong( /i torqued it for a ka24de) or did i make a mistake in going the cheap route?!
