has anyone out there had any trouble with the driveshaft rubbing the casing where it goes into the back of the trans.?
there is a black boot that came on my sr trans. that is a dust sheild i guess, but it was rubbing my driveshaft because the jdm driveshaft is the same length but a slightly different design. the boot is metal shielded in black rubber. if anyone's had this problem let me know.

 

are you using the japanese driveshaft or a us driveshaft? you should have no problems with a us driveshaft...

 

well, you have to switch the dust sheild from the us tranny to the jdm tranny because they are different, i recently found this out.
