SR20DET 93 vs. 95 body

Hey. Somewhat of a newb here. I was looking through the heavy throttle site for info about this swap and it mentions that the 95+ model years have "more advanced engine controls and wiring." Now if I do a swap it will be done by a shop, either heavy throttle or XAT, but what exactly does this "advanced engine controls" entail on the 95 model year. How much extra work is it over a 93 for example?

The wiring is harder because of the VVT(is that what it's called?). And the S14 wiring is a bit more complicated then the easy as hell S13
