hey i got a ? for yall i put a new manifold on my sr and alot of **** went wrong first my turbo started to wine..then i started to hear ticking form my sr head. i got oil and oil pressure and there is good oil flow through the turbo but the one thing im worried about is the ticking in the head it goes away when driving at a high rpm then comes back sometimes when its idling what do u think..

 

sounds like a oil pickup problem maybe not getting enough oil to the top end. Turbo whine means your bearings have worn out in the turbo, the fins in the turbo are starting to rub on the housings, and pieces of turbo bearings are probably going thru your engine. Sorry to be so morbid but I've seen it alot and if driven too far it will cost you an engine too. Don't drive it until you find out whats wrong.
