sr20det vs. rb25det

ok i know the topic has been covered before but has anyone here actually driven both of these swaps? phase2motortrends was saying they drove an rb25det and didnt see much of an improvement over the sr20det. i have researched all the numbers but i want to hear from someone who has driven both and can give an educated opinion. i am looking at bang for the buck everyday drivability, parts availability and reliability

Then why ask?

KA-T sounds best for your criteria.

no, the whole rb vs. sr debate has been covered, not many ppl have driven both and even fewer have stated their impression of one vs the ohter, thats why i asked. maybe i will look into ka buildups but i like the idea of a straight swap and working up from there. i am thinking of going with the rb20 with an rb25 crank to get an rb22 but i am gonna keep researching

Cheaper just to buy an RB25 then try building the 20 into something else....

I drove all 3, SR20, Rb20, and RB25 and would go RB hands down over SR.
