Picked up motor w/ls6 cam, PP heads, zo6 TB, rebuilt trans w/vigilanti torque converter, whole wiring harness, and ecu for $3500 w/ 22k miles on the motor that came out of a 01' Camaro SS.

Car went 12.5 @117mph at GLR done on 235/40/18s w/ full interior and all. Only other thing I have done was zo6 reflash on the ecu and install headers.

Motor only weighs 390lbs for the motor out of the crate.

..And trust me, I did countless hours of useless research trying to find some way to show me why I SHOULD NOT go with the LS1 but to go with a 2jz, RB26, VQ30dett...I came up with non. It is the smartest thing I could have done.

Look at it this way, how long have you guys waited on a starter, alternator, gaskets, just things in general? Not to mention price. Something of mine breaks, there is a pep boys or auto zone everywhere and they sell everything. I purchased plugs, wires, an alternator pulley, and starter and everything came out to be $110ish.

Late.
Matt

What gets me about this is why rip the engine down and port the heads only to use the small Z06 LS6 cam? And why are you running 235's?

that is just how i purchased the motor. it was also auto at the time. the 235s came with the wheels when i picked them up as well with new tread so i figured, what the hell.

as the car sits now, i ditched the stretch tire look for 255s and 285s pirelli corsa R compounds for dailys.

Is a taco stamp like a mushroom stamp but just with a Taco instead? HAHA. I find it hard to believe that a girl could taco stamp someone.

have you ever had a girl(girlfriend/hooker/stripper) sit on your lap when they're completely bottomless? when they get up, you find alittle skeet skeet on your leg...

you have officially been taco stamped.

He speaks the truth. If she's naked, she doesn't sit on his leg, she prefers the toilet.
