Hey I'm malfway through my swap, and having a few issues. There is a part in here, and I dont know what it is!!! it is the plastic box with a hose coming out of it. it is located in between the pwr steering res, and the master cyl. it has a vac fitting/actuator with the red tipped vac lines. I'm guessing its part of the old ka emissions, and I bought the motor set, so I missed out on the eduction gained through pulling the RB25det. do I need to keep it, or is it excess??? three more small things: heater and radiator hoses: adapting the sizes
what have you all done?

Fan clearance:
I bought a permacool 14 in fan, and it just isnt clearing the pulleys in the stock location.

Vac diagram: anyone know where to get one?

Any help figuring this stuff out, Its very much appriciated.

 

the thing between the ps res and master cylinder is the aiv. go ahead and rip it out.
