i am looking to buy an sr20det and i see these adds that say half cut wirings and others that say "full wiring and harness." does it matter if the wires are cut? what are the draw backs of it?

 

i would not recommend buying a wiringharness that has been cut, although it can be repaired, it just makes things more difficult and sometimes it's hard to find the correct plugs that are missing. one of the most common places for it to be cut is it the firewall where it enters the passenger compartment, thus eliminating the ECU plug.
