s13 cluster not working

I swapped a sr motor in my car and I noticed that my cluster wasn't working. Only the fuel gauge works, i see the 0 on my digital screen, my rpms don't work and my temp gauge is flickering at high. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks in advance.

what year is your car?... if it had an sohc you have to perform the body plug mod which is taking thing body harness plug ( small clip located above ecu)from an DOHC 240 and color matching it over.... also you have to make sure your speed sensor is hooked up properly

hmmmmm... i have no idea with that bro. ill have to look around and see.

edit

im not reading you bro

this is the issue.. if you have a sohc 89-90 body you must convert to a 93-94 cluster and do the body wiring

s it from a real silvia or are you just calling a 240 a Silvia.. gotta be clear with that.. because if so it will not work at all. because the speed sensor from jdm (km/h) to usdm (mph) is different

Yup this cluster is out of a Silvia straight form japan. The cluster plugged right into the plugs that had the stock one.

ok... but still the issue is

through the years.. they switch from an analog signal to digital. I personally never dealt with one so i cant really help you and i don't wanna spew bs to you.

i would just lose the jdm points lol and pick up a proper usdm 92-94 dohc cluster and be done with it
