~need Help~

i just bought a 1990 240sx and when ever i hit the gas and rev it up to hi rpms black smoke comes out

i dont know what is. anyone know?

sry if that thread isnt detailed, i had to write it at school. it comes out the exhaust and when my friend was behind me he said that u have black smoke comming out.

ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT COULD BE?

you're running rich...try changing your plugs for starters. Maybe you need your ing. timing adjusted as well

Timing,plugs,wires, check injectors and the o-rings on the injectors do oil change magior tune up

Try changing the Temp sensor. Mine was running rich, come to find out it was the temp sensor. They run around 40 bucks new I believe...
