240sx chasis parts interchangable???

I just bought a 95 240sx, in the back seat was one of those Chilton's manuals for the 93-98 240sx and Altima. So i was wondering if the two share any chasis components. The car i bought has some front end damage (to the shock tower and some slight frame stuff), so i was mainly wondering if the frame or sub frame are interchangable, or if they were built on the same platform. Anyone know if the 240sx (S14) shares its parts with anything?
