240SX Part Removal Help

Whattup,
I just recently acquired a wrecked 89 240SX (I think I know its an s13 chassis) and I was looking for something on the lines of a "Haynes" manual to help me take it apart, I went looking for one but couldn't find any, are there any online manuals or FAQ?

P.S> The whole front assembly (bumper and left light) is wrecked, and I'm having a hell of a time trying to remove the front bumper, I'm new to the 240 scene is there anyone that could give me any help on how to remove it (I can see the bolts connecting the 1/4 panel to the front fascia, but I cant seem to get at them with my 10mm socket...

Thanks for any help
