350 powered 240sx

i am doing a 350 swap into my 91 240sx

if anyone has a good reason why i shouldnt, tell me now because everything is stripped and gettting painted right now

i heard that the r33 crossmember is 4 inches closer to the front where i need it --is that true

does anyone know where i can get the oil pan that is made to clear the steering rack

if anyone has done this and has imput please tell me
and tell me if its worth it

i will have the core support out for s13.5 swap so will be a little easier

about the 350

hey dude, 350's suck. don't know if u ever fooled with one or tuning one up but once u dump 10 g's into a 350 they r nothing but probs. u prolly won't go a week b4 working on it every week, not to mention swaps always end up having probs. i just squeezed a 460 in a mustang an talk about a headache.

my dad owns a body shop there are alot of guys in there that work on the older cars besides i wont have to use the motor to its top potential to beat another 240sx besides i plan to 150 shot it and 2 turbos later

i am going for looks more than speed thats y i am doing the 13.5 widebody swap and not stripping the car out

i might have to tub the rearend a bit for it to hook up

and muscle cars are easier to work on then imports

and i know because i have worked on my supra and my dads chevelle

its big but possible to my knowledge.
putting a chevy motor in a 240 is an insult to nissan.
atleast a 2JZ TT if you want to mix it up a bit.
