93 clutch to a 96?

my buddy's got an extra clutch for his 93 240 with a ka24de. and i needed one for my 96. im thinkn bout gettin it but not sure if it'll fit. it should be the same since its running on the same motor rite? im talkn bout OEM clutch kit. so will it fit or will it not fit? thanks.
