it was raining hard so she just wanted to leave i let her leave cause the cops woulda blamed me anyway so this way i get no ticket and there is no police report.

yea i lose some money to fix my car but its better then losing money to fix my car get a ticket, go to court and have higher insurance cost

 

How bad was her car? It's probably better to just pay out of pocket, I cant imagine her damage being that bad.
