Bent jack pinch weld tabs

I went to look at a 93 240 hatchback today and i was inspecting the jack tabs and two were bent and one was bent flat. Is this a major issue? Can this be fixed by a body shop?

Thanks

Anyone else have any info that answers my problem? This is the only thing that is keeping me from buying the car.

you should be able to tell, my car is drivable, i'm sure gim's car is driveable... and it's going to happen if you use jacks.

MEANING, it doesn't matter.... as long as it's not rusted under the body (cause rust on the frame is bad)
