Question Which is the better buy? Which to get?

Ok, I finally have enough money to pick up my 240. And Im stuck with a few cars that are in my price range and need some feedback as to wich one to get. Here are the specs of each of the cars....

-89 240SX FB(price havent gotten to talk to dealer)
-140,200 miles
-*automatic*
-Grey outside and interior
-Exterior is in good condition with no dents except for normal dings
-Paint is in good shape starting to fade in some spots but not very noticible
-4-lug
-Sun-roof

-93 240sx FB(price 1,700)
-93,000
-Automatic
-Burgundy exterior
-Grey Interior
-Needs minor dent repair and can use some touch up paint

-89 240sx FB(Price 1,850)
-181,356
-5-Speed Manual
-Burgundy Exterior
-Black Interior
-Paint is fading
-Needs no body work
-I think it needs new weather stripping on door cause I think it leaks, when I went to look at it the seat was a little wet and there is no sunroof.

Im not really sure wich to get I really want a manual car, but maybe it would be better to just do the manual swap at a later time....What do you all think? Are anyof them even worth it? Im really starting to dig the 93 but i just want your guy's input!
Thanks

I would go with 3 for sure just cause of stick but the high miles scare me...I would probly have to get all new belts and get an oil pressure gage....so far 2 for option 2 and 1 for option 3...Ill wait untill one more person puts their oppinion and then make the decision..And yes I do plan to do a Red-Top SR swap in the coming months....

Knock off #1 dealers suck ***, #2 is a good choice but just cause #3 has high miles doesnt mean it cant be a good car, check over both thouroughly before making a choice

#2..... definately. BUT.......... think it over really good. are you looking for an automatic? its really easy to say "i'm gonna do a 5speed conversion". make sure you have the resources/know people that can help you out, or if you're going to do it yourself then more power to you. a lot of people jump into things without realizing how much money/time is involved and then regret it later on. i'm not sure what specifically you're looking for, but just take the time to make the right choice. if anything i'm sure you'll find more cars later down the road.

Im getting this to be a daily driver plus a drift car for race track days. My cousin is a mechanic and has a shop and said he would help and let me use his shop for all my car need's. I personally dont know how to do a manual swap, but ive been reading and my cousin has done it a few times so im sure I can make sure it gets done. But i just stumbled upon a better deal...

I found a 91 240sx FB
107,385miles
5-spd
body is fine but the paint is faded pretty bad. its kinda like a pinkish color it was red at some point.. but it doesnt matter I plan to get a paint job anyway. The interior is pretty good normal wear and tear for a 11 year old car. its $1,995. so I think Im going to pick that up instead...

Yea, it seems like an awsome deal...I still gotta go take it for a test drive...I only looked at it. When I get a chance to really look at it what are some things I should look out for?

I know to check for rust on the undercarriage. And Rust on the hatch thank god the car doesnt have the surfboard wing...lol! Anything else? Would it possible for someone to make a checklist for me to make sure everything is good? This will be my first time purchasing a car. My first car was a hand me down from my aunt. So im not really sure what to check.
