can someone please explain the difference between these set ups?

 

bi turbo and twin turbo are just mean 2 turbos but usually refer to when you have two turbos as in one on each header. a sequential turbo like the rx-7 is when one turbo compresses air and then blows that into the intake of another turbo which compresses its condensed air .
