blah to headlights

well in my 240 ive noticed that the headlights are very dim, it barely lights up the road enough for me to see...i was wondering if anyone else noticed dim headlights, the highbeams do the trick though

would brighter bulbs suffice till i switch over to projectors(which will be far far down the road)...ps the bulbs are new

thx in advance

oo and im also very excited to say i did my first drift today...in the library parking lot dont worry it was empty

Maybe the headlights are defects?

just buy some sylvania silverstar replacements. They work great for about $40 or so.

you have a 95, so could it be the exploded cornbread effect? over time the plastic lenses oxidize and look like someone shoved a piece of cornbread and an M80 in your headlight and set it off. the cheapest fix (if this is the true problem) is to either get new headlights or polish the oxidization off yours. sylvania silverstars wont help if the lenses are blocking the light.

edit: what are these final konn lights, silviaks2nr? ive been looking around for a while... never heard of, cant find.

oh my bad. I didn't read that you have a 95. Polish the housing with a Mother's Plastic polish. It works great and will clean up the oxidation on the lens.
