Again thanks for the support everyone. It does make me feel better that there is a great community here that really tries to help others.
Update:
Well still havent received the brake setup from the guy. I filed a claim with Paypal and they requested either tracking info for the package or my money back from the seller. At this point the guy doesnt email me or paypal back. Paypal tried to pull the money from his account but he doesnt have it and they dont have any other recourse. At this point Im totally pi$$ed and dont know what to do. I cant believe I got scammed out of $700 to this guy.
Bottombunk, think you could help me out? At this point I have no other options and Im not going to let this guy get away with this. From paypal it says his name is Jeremy Strickland. Thats all the info I know about him.

I have been watching for him to post a new auction so I can win it and get his info. Paypal wont release his info to me unless I take legal action.
I will try my best to get any other info I can.
Thanks
BTW. his Paypal email is differant then his normal email. It is: importnut2005@yahoo.com
okay so far a buddy told me to get you to do this. first thing. call the fbi in your area give em as much info about this. they wont do anything unless the dollar amount is hi enough, but they will file it and if there is any other disputes it will add up. then contact him and let him know you called the feds. then do the local authorities. as soon as i find out a location (if) then you contact his ares authorities. keep pressure on him till something develops. if your lucky me or someone on this board will know some cops in his area then its on.
